PT. Indo Spices is committed to working with more growers, paying fair prices and helping them develop long-term land management plans that are based on organic and sustainable agriculture practices. PT. Indo Spices has organized more growers to cultivate vanilla beans to more than 100 local people in Balige, North Sumatra where PT. Indo Spices also runs its vanilla plantation and operates the curing process.
